What are the payment terms?
For the Full-coordination service, THAT DAY requires 25% upon job confirmation, 25% one month before the event, and the balance on the event day.
Does THAT DAY accept commissions from the vendors?
THAT DAY, unlike many competitors, do not accept commissions from any of the vendors it recommends. They are proposed only for the quality and sort of service they are able to provide. Whenever possible THAT DAY negotiates special rates/payment terms for its clients. Invoicing is mostly direct between supplier and clients. There are no unclear or hidden costs and THAT DAY guarantees total transparency, because it believes its clients appreciate this kind of approach.
What do you mean when you say that you will develop a tailor-made project for us?
It means that your wedding will speak of you and in your own language, hence its uniqueness. Your guests will keep special memories of your wedding, and they will remember you as the centre of the event.

Is the agency able to assist us with papers and documents (red tape) since we reside abroad?
Yes, of course! You will be listed all the documents to be issued from your local authorities and assisted in the production of those needed by Italian Law for the official registration of the marriage. Check directly the "whats and whens" with the planner.
